- Identical Specifications: The items must be from the same manufacturer and match in style, material, and SKU.
- Verifiable Documentation: A current, written quote or a live website link from an authorized dealer is required.
- Condition: Items must be new and in the original packaging. We do not match used, damaged, or "open-box" items.
- Exclusions: This policy excludes closeouts, liquidations, auction sites (e.g., eBay), and "Going Out of Business" sales.
