By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms also include the following policies, which are incorporated here by reference:
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
This website is operated by Cabinetshowroom.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cabinetshowroom.com. By visiting our site or purchasing cabinetry from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Quote Validity & Order Processing
We know planning a kitchen takes time, but material costs and inventory levels change rapidly.
Quote Longevity: Any formal quote provided by our team is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance if the quote does not include discounted items. If the quote includes discounted items, the formal quote is valid until the end of the sale. After the sale window, pricing and availability are subject to change.
Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We officially accept your order only when we send a shipping confirmation or begin the assembly/crating process.
3. Pricing, Accuracy, and Errors
Price Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product.
Right to Refund: If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your order for a pricing error, we will immediately issue a full credit to your original payment method.
4. User Responsibility (Design & Measurements)
While we may provide design suggestions or software tools, the final responsibility for the "fit and finish" lies with you.
Measure Twice: You are responsible for verifying all final measurements, floor plans, and "as-is" site conditions before checkout.
Review Your Cart: Please review your itemized list carefully. Cabinetshowroom.com is not responsible for missing fillers, toe kicks, or incorrect cabinet swings that were not caught during the checkout process.
5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Cancellations
The "Assembled" Rule: Pre-assembled cabinets are not eligible for returns. Because these items are custom-built to order from stock components, they cannot be resold as new. Returns are only permitted for pre-assembled goods in the event of a documented manufacturer defect or shipping damage claim.

7. Warranty Information

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Liability: Cabinetshowroom.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as contractor labor costs, delay of project, or lost wages) arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
Governing Law: These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, U.S.A.
9. Third-Party Data & API Disclaimer
Product Information and Data Accuracy. Portions of the product data, specifications, images, and pricing (the "Content") displayed on this Website are provided via third-party application programming interfaces (APIs) from our vendors, including but not limited to Fabuwood Cabinetry Corp.
